本規約は、WISDOM合同会社（以下「当社」）が提供するサービスの
利用に関する条件を定めるものです。

当社は、以下のサービスを提供します。
- Web広告（Google Ads、Meta、TikTok、X等）の運用代行
- 広告パフォーマンスデータの取得・分析・レポート作成
- クリエイティブ制作 第3条（知的財産権）
当社ウェブサイト上のコンテンツに関する知的財産権は当社に帰属します。 第4条（禁止事項）
利用者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません。 - 当社サービスの不正利用
- 当社の知的財産権を侵害する行為
- 当社のシステムに対する不正アクセス 第5条（免責事項）
当社は、サービスの中断や情報の正確性について、
法律上許容される範囲で責任を負いません。 第6条（個人情報の取扱い）
個人情報の取扱いについては、当社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。 第7条（規約の変更）
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。 第8条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は
東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。 制定日: 2026年3月7日

- Advertising performance data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Creative production Article 3 (Intellectual Property)
All content on our website is the intellectual property of WISDOM LLC. Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in unauthorized use of our services,
infringement of our intellectual property, or unauthorized access
to our systems. Article 5 (Disclaimer)
WISDOM LLC shall not be liable for service interruptions or
accuracy of information to the extent permitted by law. Article 6 (Personal Information)
Handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Article 7 (Amendments)
We may amend these terms as necessary. Article 8 (Governing Law)
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court. Effective Date: March 7, 2026
