利用規約

第1条（適用） 本規約は、WISDOM合同会社（以下「当社」）が提供するサービスの利用に関する条件を定めるものです。

第2条（サービスの内容） 当社は、以下のサービスを提供します。

  • Web広告（Google Ads、Meta、TikTok、X等）の運用代行
  • 広告パフォーマンスデータの取得・分析・レポート作成
  • クリエイティブ制作

第3条（外部API連携およびデータアクセス権限）

  1. 当社は、前条に定めるサービスを提供するにあたり、Google Ads API等のサードパーティが提供するアプリケーション・プログラミング・インターフェース（以下「外部API」）を利用します。
  2. 利用者は、当社が外部APIを利用して利用者の広告アカウントデータにアクセスし、運用パフォーマンスデータ（インプレッション、クリック、費用、コンバージョン等）を取得および処理することを明示的に許諾するものとします。

第4条（知的財産権） 当社ウェブサイト上のコンテンツに関する知的財産権は当社に帰属します。

第5条（禁止事項） 利用者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  • 当社サービスの不正利用
  • 当社の知的財産権を侵害する行為
  • 当社のシステムに対する不正アクセス

第6条（免責事項）

  1. 当社は、サービスの中断や情報の正確性について、法律上許容される範囲で責任を負いません。
  2. 本サービスの一部は外部APIに依存しているため、Google LLC等の仕様変更、障害、アクセス制限等に起因するレポートの遅延やデータ取得の失敗について、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

第7条（個人情報の取扱い） 個人情報の取扱いについては、当社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

第8条（規約の変更） 当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。

第9条（準拠法・管轄裁判所） 本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope) These terms govern the use of services provided by WISDOM LLC.

Article 2 (Services) We provide the following services:

  • Digital advertising management (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X, etc.)
  • Advertising performance data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Creative production

Article 3 (Third-Party API Integration and Data Access)

  1. To provide the services outlined in Article 2, we utilize third-party Application Programming Interfaces, specifically the Google Ads API.
  2. The user explicitly authorizes us to access their advertising account data via these external APIs to retrieve and process performance metrics (such as impressions, clicks, costs, and conversions).

Article 4 (Intellectual Property) All content on our website is the intellectual property of WISDOM LLC.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities) Users shall not engage in unauthorized use of our services, infringement of our intellectual property, or unauthorized access to our systems.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  1. WISDOM LLC shall not be liable for service interruptions or accuracy of information to the extent permitted by law.
  2. As our services rely in part on external APIs, WISDOM LLC shall not be held liable for any delays in reporting or data retrieval failures caused by modifications, malfunctions, or access restrictions of third-party platforms (e.g., Google LLC).

Article 7 (Personal Information) Handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Article 8 (Amendments) We may amend these terms as necessary.

Article 9 (Governing Law) These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
